These Smurf figures are prototypes that were never mass produced or released into the public market. There are three known prototype Christmas Smurfs: 1) Prototype - Christmas Bellringer Smurf 2) Prototype - Christmas Stocking Smurf 3) Prototype - Christmas Angel Smurf Each Smurf has the markings, "Made in Portugal - (C) 1984 Peyo - Schleich S - W Berrie". It is unknown how many of these prototypes were made, perhaps only a handful... perhaps just one of each. No one really knows. However, it is known that each protoype is valued at over several thousands of dollars - but absolutely priceless to any serious Smurf collector!
